modeline, Arel-Ezgi-Uzdilek nazariyesinin olduk&#231;a b&#252;y&#252;k bir etkisi bulunmaktad&#305;r. Sistemci Okul, Kantemiro&#287;lu nazariyelerinin bir k&#305;sm&#305; ile Avrupa musikisi nazariyesinin birle&#351;tirilmesi sonucu ortaya &#231;&#305;kan bu nazariye; &#246;zellikle XVII. ve XIX. as&#305;r perde, makam-terkib anlay&#305;&#351;&#305; bak&#305;m&#305;ndan neredeyse tamamen farkl&#305;d&#305;r. Makam&#305;n as&#305;lda belli bir ses sahas&#305; i&#231;inde ve az perdelerle kendini ifade etme g&#252;c&#252;, terkiplerin ise makamlara ek na&#287;me veya na&#287;melerin eklenmesiyle ve farkl&#305; makamlar&#305;n veya birle&#351;imlerin bir araya gelmesiyle olu&#351;turulmas&#305;; gelenekte ezgi odakl&#305; perde-makam-terkip ili&#351;kisinin ne kadar &#246;nemli oldu&#287;unu bize hat&#305;rlatmaktad&#305;r. Bildiride; perde, makam ve terkib terimlerinin gelene&#287;e g&#246;re as&#305;lda neyi ifade etti&#287;i konusu &#252;zerinde durulacak ve bu konular&#305;n e&#287;itim-&#246;&#287;retimde yer almas&#305; ile ilgili baz&#305; d&#252;&#351;&#252;nceler dile getirilerek &#246;nerilerde bulunulacakt&#305;r.</p><div><hr></div><h2><strong>Giri&#351;</strong></h2><p style="text-align: justify;">Bilindi&#287;i &#252;zere nazariye veya teori, ilgili alana dair bir d&#252;&#351;&#252;nceyi ve bilgiyi ifade etmektedir. XVII-XIX. as&#305;r nazariyat&#305;; -sistemci nazariyenin, ya&#351;ayan musikiyi ba&#351;ka bir deyi&#351;le musikinin uygulama taraf&#305;n&#305; anlatmada yetersiz kalmas&#305; sebebiyle- yeni bir ifade tarz&#305;n&#305;n ihtiyac&#305; sonucu ortaya &#231;&#305;km&#305;&#351;t&#305;r. Bu yeni ifade tarz&#305;nda perdelerin, bu perdelerin nizam&#305;n&#305; sa&#287;layan seyrin ve ek olarak &#8220;perde perde&#8221; anlat&#305;m tarz&#305;n&#305;n &#246;nemli oldu&#287;u anla&#351;&#305;lmaktad&#305;r. Her iki nazariyenin anla&#351;&#305;labilmesi i&#231;in de perde, makam ve terkip kavramlar&#305;na de&#287;inme zorunlulu&#287;u bulunmaktad&#305;r.</p><h2><strong>T&#252;rk Musikisinde Perde: Tabii Perdeler ve Ana Dizi Hakk&#305;nda</strong></h2><p style="text-align: justify;">Gelenekte kullan&#305;lan<strong> </strong>17&#8217;li sistemden 24&#8217;l&#252; sisteme ge&#231;ildi&#287;inde nim perde say&#305;s&#305;nda art&#305;&#351;&#305;n oldu&#287;u, baz&#305; perde isimlerinde de&#287;i&#351;ikli&#287;e gidildi&#287;i ve -Arel-Ezgi nazariyesiyle birlikte- do maj&#246;r dizisindeki seslerin T&#252;rk musikisinin ana perdeleri olarak kabul edilmesiyle gelenekten farkl&#305; olarak baz&#305; tam perdelerin nim perde konumuna, baz&#305; nim perdelerin ise tam perde konumuna getirildi&#287;i ve bunun neticesinde tabii dizide m&#252;cenneb aral&#305;klar&#305; yerine bakiye aral&#305;&#287;&#305;n&#305;n kullan&#305;ld&#305;&#287;&#305; anla&#351;&#305;lmaktad&#305;r. </p><p>As&#305;rlarca; yeg&#226;h, a&#351;iran, &#305;rak, rast, d&#252;g&#226;h, seg&#226;h, &#231;arg&#226;h, neva, h&#252;seyni, evc, gerdaniye, muhayyer, tiz seg&#226;h, tiz &#231;arg&#226;h ve tiz neva olarak s&#305;ralanm&#305;&#351; tam/tabii perdelerden baz&#305;lar&#305;, Arel-Ezgi nazariyesinde de&#287;i&#351;ikliklere u&#287;ram&#305;&#351;; &#305;rak, seg&#226;h, evc ve tiz seg&#226;h perdeleri nim perde konumuna getirilerek bunlar&#305;n yerine tam perde olarak s&#305;rayla; acem-a&#351;iran, buselik, acem ve tiz buselik kullan&#305;lm&#305;&#351;t&#305;r. Neva &#252;zerinde olu&#351;acak Hicaz na&#287;melerinde veya H&#252;zzam&#8217;da bayati perdesinin biraz diklenmesi s&#246;z konusudur. </p><div class="callout-block" data-callout="true"><p style="text-align: justify;">B&#246;yle durumlarda; &#8220;saba&#8221;da oldu&#287;u gibi diklenen bayatiye &#8220;dik bayati&#8221; ad&#305; verilebilecektir. </p></div><p style="text-align: justify;">Anla&#351;&#305;laca&#287;&#305; &#252;zere verilen &#252;&#231; &#246;rnekte ama&#231;; makam/terkib i&#231;in &#246;nemli olan bir perdenin ad&#305;n&#305; oldu&#287;u gibi b&#305;rakmakt&#305;r.</p><p>Ayn&#305; durum rast ile d&#252;g&#226;h aras&#305;ndaki nim perde isimleri i&#231;in de ge&#231;erlidir.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Abd&#252;lbaki Dede d&#246;neminden evvel, zeng&#251;le perdesinden daha pest olan bir nim perdeye ihtiya&#231; duyulmam&#305;&#351;t&#305;r. &#199;&#252;nk&#252; o perdeyi kullanan herhangi bir makam veya terkib yoktur. Abd&#252;lbaki Dede buradaki alana &#8220;&#351;uri&#8221; ad&#305;n&#305; koymu&#351;tur. Fakat neden bu alana &#8220;&#351;uri&#8221; ismini verdi&#287;ini kitab&#305;nda a&#231;&#305;klamam&#305;&#351; ve hatta &#350;uri diye bir makam veya terkibin tan&#305;m&#305;n&#305; da vermemi&#351;tir.<a class="footnote-anchor" data-component-name="FootnoteAnchorToDOM" id="footnote-anchor-5" href="#footnote-5" target="_self">5</a> Rast ile d&#252;g&#226;h aras&#305;nda bulunan &#351;uri perdesi, kendi ismiyle herhangi makam veya terkibe hizmet etmedi&#287;i i&#231;in elbette ki, bu perdenin ses alan&#305;n&#305; kullanan bir terkib ismiyle de&#287;i&#351;tirilebilecektir. Ya da Abd&#252;lbaki Dede&#8217;ye h&#252;rmeten sistemde ayn&#305; isimle yerini alabilecektir. </p><div class="callout-block" data-callout="true"><p style="text-align: justify;">Fakat bu perdenin gelene&#287;e g&#246;re zeng&#251;le perdesi veya Zeng&#251;le terkibi ile bir ilgisi bulunmamaktad&#305;r.</p></div><h2><strong>Kaba, Nerm, Pest, Tiz ve Dik Kavramlar&#305;</strong></h2><p style="text-align: justify;">Perde isimlerinde yap&#305;lan di&#287;er bir de&#287;i&#351;iklik ise yeg&#226;h perdesinden a&#351;a&#287;&#305;da bulunan perdelerin ba&#351;&#305;na &#8220;kaba&#8221; kelimesinin getirilmesidir. Bu isim kalmal&#305; m&#305;d&#305;r yoksa bunun yerine XVII-XIX. as&#305;rda kullan&#305;lan &#8220;nerm&#8221; ya da &#8220;pes(t)&#8221; mi kullan&#305;lmal&#305;d&#305;r?<a class="footnote-anchor" data-component-name="FootnoteAnchorToDOM" id="footnote-anchor-6" href="#footnote-6" target="_self">6</a> Yoksa son zamanlarda &#231;o&#287;u ki&#351;inin a&#287;z&#305;nda yer alan &#8220;kal&#305;n&#8221; tabiri mi daha do&#287;rudur. Bu anlay&#305;&#351;&#305;n gelenekten en &#246;nemli fark&#305;, bir makam&#305;n (basit makam) dizi olarak ortaya &#231;&#305;kmas&#305; ve d&#246;rtl&#252;yle be&#351;li veya be&#351;liyle d&#246;rtl&#252;n&#252;n birle&#351;ti&#287;i yerin g&#252;&#231;l&#252; olarak kabul edilmesidir.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Gelenekteki anlay&#305;&#351;a bak&#305;ld&#305;&#287;&#305;nda as&#305;l makamlar&#305;n nazari seyrinde kullan&#305;lan perde say&#305;s&#305;n&#305;n olduk&#231;a az oldu&#287;u anla&#351;&#305;lmaktad&#305;r.
